How much is a house survey?
For a house up to 150 m², usually €400–1,000 depending on floors and access.
Is this the same as a geodetic report?
No. A licensed surveyor makes the geodetic report for the cadastre; we make architectural drawings. We can coordinate both.
Do you cover all of Montenegro?
