Who is responsible

The data controller is LEUSMAX DOO, tax ID (PIB) 03698068, [ulica i broj], 85360 Ulcinj, Crna Gora ("we"). For any data question, write to order@architeam.me.

What we collect

• Form data: name, phone or e-mail, your preferred channel (Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram, e-mail), the task description and any files you send (sketches, photos, drawings).
• Calculator data: object type, floor area, requested services and the estimate.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and time of access, logged by the server for security.
• Analytics data (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica) — only if you accept it in the cookie notice.

Why we use it and on what basis

• To answer your request and prepare an offer — steps taken at your request before a contract.
• To deliver the design or drawing contract — performance of a contract.
• To keep accounts and meet legal duties — legal obligation.
• To measure traffic and improve the site — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To protect the site from abuse — legitimate interest.

Who receives it

We do not sell data. Only we and our processors have access: hosting and e-mail providers, the messaging service you chose, and — with your consent — Google and Yandex for analytics. When a design is needed for a permit, the necessary data goes to licensed partners (review, surveying) and to the authorities.

Some processors may store data outside Montenegro; we rely on their standard safeguards.

How long we keep it

• Requests that did not lead to a contract — up to 12 months after the last contact.
• Contracts, design documents and invoices — for the periods required by accounting and construction law.
• Analytics data — per the service settings, at most 14 months.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. Withdraw analytics consent via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the site. Send requests to order@architeam.me — we reply within 30 days.

If you believe your rights were breached, you may complain to Montenegro’s Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information (azlp.me).

Security

The site uses encrypted HTTPS. Files from the form are never published and are used only for your task.

Children

The site is not intended for people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date is shown at the top of the page.
