Concept design (idejno rješenje) for approval in Montenegro

The concept design shows how the building will look and how it fits the plan: massing, floors, elevations, materials and siting. The chief city architect approves it, and without that approval the main design cannot start.

We work to the plan guidelines from day one, so designs are sent back less often.

FAQ

How much is a concept design?

For a house up to 150 m², usually €900–1,800 depending on complexity. We confirm after reviewing the UTU.

Can I build from the concept design?

No. It is for approval; construction needs the reviewed main design.

What if the architect rejects it?

We revise it per the comments and resubmit.
