Structural design and calculations in Montenegro

Structure is the part of a project that cannot be “roughly right”. We calculate to the Eurocodes (MEST EN 1990, 1991, 1992, 1997, 1998) including seismic analysis — Montenegro is a seismically active region and this is always checked.

You receive calculations, formwork and reinforcement drawings and a bill of materials. The builder knows what to build and you don’t overpay for excess concrete and steel.

What you get

  • Static and seismic calculation
  • Formwork and rebar drawings
  • Rebar and concrete schedule
  • Joint details
  • Structural report

What we need from you

  • Architectural plans and sections
  • Geotechnical report (or advice to get one)
  • For existing buildings — photos and measurements

FAQ

Does a small house need calculations?

Yes — structure is a mandatory part of the main design regardless of building size.

Can you check an existing building for an extension?

Yes. From measurements, photos and, if needed, opening-up, we check capacity and propose strengthening.

How long does a retaining wall calculation take?

Usually 3–5 working days depending on height and soil data.

Which file formats do I get?

PDF for printing and DWG for the builder or other designers.
