House and villa design in Montenegro
We design residential and commercial buildings to the urban-technical conditions (UTU) and the municipal plan. First we confirm what your plot actually allows — number of floors, coverage and density ratios, building line — and only then start drawing.
We prepare the concept design (idejno rješenje) for the chief city architect’s approval and the main design (glavni projekat) for filing construction. A licensed engineer signs the documents and an authorised firm carries out the review. We talk to you in English and to the authorities in Montenegrin.
