The main design is what the builder builds from and the state checks. It consists of volumes: architecture, structure, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and, where required, fire safety.

How much is a main design?
For a family house with all disciplines, usually €20–35 per m² gross including review. Minimum €1,500.
Who does the review?
An authorised review firm that we engage and coordinate for you.
Can I order architecture only?
Yes, if others do the other volumes — we coordinate drawings with them.
